Janell has always had a passion for people and for pushing things forward to make organizations better.

With more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles where she had hands-on responsibility for creating processes, trainings, and leading people to find success in their roles, Janell is always looking to maximize the impact and add value through her contributions.

Janell began her professional career in Student Affairs and Higher Education. In those roles, she supported departmental effectivess, cross-divisional collaboration, and leadership development for her colleagues and student staff members, while creating an inclusive enviorment for students to grow and thrive.

After completing her Master's degree in Human Resources Managment, Janell transitioned into a Talent Managment that eventually lead her to several generalist positions. For the last 10 years, Janell has served as the chief HR officer in her roles as Director of Human Resources.

As a Director, Janell had dual responsibility as a member of the excecutive leadership teams. As a company executive, she was heavily involved in company-wide strategic direction, policies, compliance, and initiatives to support corporate growth.

Janell has worked across many industries inclunding Non-Profit organizations, Durable Goods Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, Municipalities, Higher Education.

She has been a business partner to a variety of divisions to include, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Administrative Functions.
